The Social Security contribution of a domestic worker is calculated by applying a contribution base determined by the total monthly salary, according to the current Social Security contribution bracket table. In addition, the employer is responsible for paying the Social Security contributions.

How to register a domestic worker?

The registration of a domestic worker can be processed through Import@ss, the new portal of the General Treasury of Social Security. To do so, it will be necessary to identify yourself through an electronic Certificate, permanent Cl@ve, Cl@ve pin or via SMS.
